We are proud to be part of this community since 1994, and offer free estimates, no contracts, and no ongoing obligation. Our service offers a lot of options including flexibility to change your “wish list” to meet different needs for each service.  We believe the best way to provide an accurate estimate is to have an interactive dialogue. With a phone call you can learn more about us, and we can learn more about your home and your expectations.  We answer our phones and do not use answering services or commissioned salespeople.  Our office is always staffed during work hours to assist our staff and clients during the day as needed.  Call us Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 3:30 PM, and we’ll work through a personalized estimate over the phone. Each client is provided pricing options based on the services requested.

• We only charge for the time you ask us to spend – No Flat Rates.

• We clean as much or as little as you wish – you decide your service requirements.

• We offer flexibility of service from visit to visit – we will gladly change or rotate tasks.

• Skip or re-schedule service with adequate notice at no charge or penalty.

• We do not use contracts – we want you back because you’re happy with us!
