  • No, we supply everything required to provide the highest level of professional house cleaning.

  • The short answer is “Maybe.”  Please call the office (585-924-2060), to discuss any arrangements you would like us to consider for the use of your products.  We are a professional service in full compliance with OSHA regulations for chemical labeling, storage, documentation, and use.  The use of any “over the counter” product without the proper documentation (Safety Data Sheets) creates a risk for our staff and a compliance concern for our business.

    Our vacuums are professional grade with an incredibly high level of filtration; we have yet to find a customer vacuum (including central vac systems) that can do a better job.

  • Most clients use us every week, every 2 weeks, or every 4 weeks; these clients are scheduled for the same weekday every service.  If you wish to use us less frequently, we schedule each appointment individually when we have availability.

  • Simply call 585.924.2060, with advance notice to schedule a longer or additional service. Please note, the further advance notice we have, the more likely we will be able to accommodate your request.

  • The majority of our work is done in teams of two (2); we do sometimes have staff members working solo (1).  On a really large job (move-in, post construction)  we may have more individuals working to ensure completion in a timely manner. Occasionally we may have a team of three (3), or a supervisor will join the standard team of two (2).

  • That’s entirely up to you. Our rates are based on how much time we spend in your home. If we are spending a lot of time picking up or working around clutter, your service will require more time. If your kitchen sink isn’t full of dirty dishes when we arrive we’ll be able to clean your kitchen faster. Most of our clients do “pick up” a little for their service date, but we don’t require it.

  • We do not “flat rate.”  We charge for our services on an hourly basis.  Please take a couple minutes to check out our reviews on Google; you’ll find we have an excellent rating for customer satisfaction.  We work hard to provide the highest level of service possible; we cannot guarantee we will get everything done you would like if you prioritize budget and limit the amount of time you are willing to pay for service. We do guarantee hard working staff, safe and effective supplies, and a proven track record of customer satisfaction.

  • Tipping is not required, or expected, but always appreciated. If you are pleased with our staff and the service provided, please consider tipping; the amount you choose to tip is entirely up to you.  We have clients who tip on a percentage of the job, clients who leave a fixed dollar amount, and clients who don’t tip.  For your convenience we can add a tip to your credit card, or you can leave a cash gratuity at your home.

  • A very high percentage of our clients are pet owners.  Our staff enjoys interacting with friendly pets, but we do have a few concerns: 

    Please don’t ask/expect our staff to work around aggressive or protective dogs. 

    Please confine/control any pet that is likely to run outside as we enter or leave your home.

    If you have a pet that creates an ongoing distraction for our staff it will slow our work down.

    We do not clean up pet “accidents.”

    For the safety & welfare of both your pets & our employees, please do not ask our staff to take responsibility for letting animals in/out. 

  • We are a Monday - Friday daytime business, 7:30am-3:30pm.

  • We absolutely need a reliable method to gain entry to your home, however you do not to be present.  When you schedule service we can discuss the method of entry and how you’d like your home secured upon completion of the job.

  • Please make whatever arrangement is required to avoid an alarm going off.  When you schedule your first service we can discuss options .

  • We still do business on a handshake and do not work under a contract.

  • To avoid a fee, please provide at least 2 days notice for rescheduling or skipping your clean. We always appreciate as much notice as possible.

  • We provide a high level of staff continuity for our clients using us on a recurring basis.  We can’t say you will  “always” have the same individuals because like you, our staff is human.  People get sick, have family emergencies, take vacations, etc. Our average employee is with us for years, not months.  Our low turnover, high retention, provides us tremendous continuity and reliability of staff.

  • We only accept payment by credit card; there is NO “service charge” added for this convenience.

  • We have a full time field/training manager who introduces new hires to our cleaning process, supplies, and equipment.  We have also produced our own training videos used to train, and to reinforce, the methods and products we use to provide exemplary service.  Our average employee is with us for years, not days or months; you will find our staff to be among the best in our industry.  We carefully select new employees for good judgment and communication skills; we also do reference and background checks on our staff.

  • We work hourly. As long as it’s routine house cleaning, we will do it. We also provide move in, move out, post construction, and more thorough “spring”, or “deep” cleaning.  We do not recommend using us as a window cleaning service, laundry service, or de-cluttering/organizational service.

    -Shampooing Carpets

    -Clean anything by hand that cannot be reached on a step-stool

    -Clean the inside of ovens

    -Clean unfinished basements

    -Clean outdoors items such as, windows, furniture and grills
