If you are a Current client and need to discuss your service requirements or your schedule, you may call our office at 585-924-2060.   Our managers reliably answer our phone Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 3:30 PM; voicemail is available after hours.  As a current client you may also send text messages to 585-540-1071; this is the same number we use to send you messages regarding your upcoming service appointments.  We can NOT receive texts you attempt to send to our primary phone line.  You may also email us at info@timewisecleaning.com.  

If you are not a client but wish to make an inquiry:

Please call our office during business hours at 585-924-2060.  If you have questions or wish to get an estimate we believe an interactive dialogue works best; email and texting work well for many things but  are not always a good substitute for conversation.  Managers answer our phone Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.  We do not use answering services or commissioned salespersons.  We cannot receive texts from any phone number that is not already in our scheduling software; please do not attempt to send a text to the number above.  You may also email us at info@timewisecleaning.com, but we will request a phone call if you’re looking for an estimate.

We will respond to online quote requests within 2 business days.
