TimeWise Cleaning, Inc. does complete employee checks — including driver’s license, criminal background, reference, and prior employment. Every home cleaner is bonded and covered with liability and worker’s compensation insurance for your protection. Our cleaning staff averages years (not weeks or months) working for TimeWise Cleaning. We provide comprehensive in-house training and ongoing review of our practices and procedures. We have a full-time field manager who trains new employees, checks on jobs in progress, and provides ongoing performance review of work quality. Our managers began as house cleaning employees; they fully understand our business depends on your satisfaction.

HISTORY

TimeWise Cleaning, Inc. is owned and managed by Ruth and Mark, Rochester area residents who have been in business since 1994. Mark started their home cleaning business with 1 employee in Victor, NY. By 1999 Mark had opened two other locations in Webster and Gates to better serve the Greater Rochester area. In 2003, Ruth joined the company as president, and the business was reincorporated as TimeWise Cleaning, Inc. Ruth and Mark are hands-on owners, providing management and oversight of all aspects of the service. Our team includes nearly 20 house cleaners and full-time managers trained to be responsive to your needs.
