TimeWise Cleaning, Inc. is owned and managed by Ruth and Mark, Rochester area residents in business since 1994. The owners provide full time management assisting with all aspects of our service. Each of our offices is staffed full time during business hours by a service manager. Your call will be answered. Our managers began as house cleaning employees; they fully understand that our business depends on your satisfaction. We employ people who are capable of working up to our high expectations and service standards. Time Wise Cleaning does employee drivers' license checks, criminal background checks, reference and employment checks. Every home cleaner is bonded and covered with liability and worker's compensation insurance for your protection. Our full time training/quality assurance supervisors work closely with our cleaning employees and make random quality checks on service in progress. Every employee at TimeWise realizes you, the client, reviews our performance and pays our wages.
